What is the difference between 6 months and 1 year?

What about token packs?

Token packs are one-time top-ups for CRU Reserve members: $12 for 25,000 tokens, $25 for 60,000 tokens, $50 for 150,000 tokens. Useful when you need more AI chat in a busy month.

Do unused tokens roll over to the next month?

Your 25,000 CRU Reserve tokens refill every 30 days, whichever plan you pay for — unused tokens do not roll over. Token packs stack on top and never expire while you stay a CRU Reserve member.

Do you offer refunds?

Email info@sommdigi.com within 7 days of your first CRU payment if you are not happy with the platform and we will refund you. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

How does CRU Quiz billing work?

Your 25,000 CRU Reserve tokens refill every 30 days, whichever plan you pay for — unused tokens do not roll over.

How is CRU Reserve billed in the app?

In the app, CRU Reserve is a yearly membership, billed through your Apple Account. It pours 25,000 tokens every month and renews each year until you cancel in your device Settings.

Every AI service uses tokens — it's the cost of running advanced language models. Simple questions use fewer, complex analysis uses more. Your dashboard always shows your balance.

AI with a sommelier's brain

Built by Alper Billik, Advanced Sommelier, from his own Certified and Advanced exam notes and documents — and disciplined to say "let me verify" instead of inventing a vintage or an appellation rule.

Cancel anytime, no strings

Cancel your CRU membership anytime from your account. Keep access until the end of your billing period. Any purchased add-on tokens stay yours for one full year.

Responses are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors. SOMM DIGI AI is a study companion and tool — not a replacement for certified wine education or professional advice.
