What is the best way to study sommelier flashcards?

Spaced repetition. Go through a deck once and mark each card as 'got it' or 'review'. Re-study only the 'review' cards the next day, and so on until every card lands in 'got it'. Then revisit the full deck weekly. Daily 15 to 30 minute sessions over 3 to 6 months consistently beat any cram strategy.
